Egg Yolks? Crème Brulee!
So what do you do when you have a ton of yolks? Yuppers, Crème Brulee! Here is one of my favorite YouTube channels and tried out the recipe for the first time. Next time, I will definitely use smaller containers/ramekins, it will be easier to control the amount I eat 🙂. Also, I will experiment with using Lactaid milk and Swerve sweetener as substitutes. I'll let you know when I make it again.
